The cuisine of Romagna, you know, is famous all over the world. At the Hotel Antares we want you to get to know the territory also through taste, that's why we offer you the typical cuisine of our restaurant, prepared with the heart and passion that distinguishes us from 50 years of activity. Start with our super breakfast, substantial, rich, perfect to enjoy long sunny days. You can enjoy breakfast in the tavern in front of the garden: here you will be greeted by delicious homemade cakes, soft plum-cakes, fragrant tarts, croissants, doughnuts and a wide choice of savoury dishes with eggs, bacon, sliced meats, cheeses, cold cuts, as well as fresh and dried fruit and all kinds of cereals. Please note: we serve the REAL Italian espresso coffee and the REAL cappuccino made at the moment by our waitresses!
Our main meals are always served in our large air-conditioned dining room and, in addition to the wide choice between three first and three second courses, you can enjoy our large buffet of fresh vegetables and appetizers. Among our dishes you can delight yourself with typical Romagna dishes such as the legendary piadina and other delicacies produced exclusively with quality raw materials. We also often propose dishes at km 0, such as the delicious Cervia Mussels! In the kitchen we only use Cervia Salt, produced in a natural way in the salt pans just a few km away from us.
We have 2 special evenings every week, dedicated to introduce you to Romagna, with the classic "Romagna Evening" which includes a tasting of the most typical products of our land and the delicious "Serata Marinara " which offers traditional fish dishes. A real treat!
Don't forget your children: dedicated menus such as vegetable soups, vegetable soups, meat, fish and everything else they like or can eat. From weaning onwards we are able to satisfy every need, always using fresh, healthy and genuine ingredients. You will see that it will be much more comfortable and simple than at home!
